What is Payfast?

PayFast is a digital payment service based in Pakistan It offers a range of online and mobile payment solutions designed specifically for the Pakistani market. Operating under the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan, PayFast facilitates secure transactions between businesses and consumers through various methods including online payments, mobile payments, and credit/debit cards.

and any transaction you make will be counted as an International

You will make payments as an International seller and pay
international taxes on every transaction.		 You will make payments as a Local Seller and therefore, NO
international taxes will be applicable on every transaction.
The card is mandatory to make the payment You can pay through bank transfer (including JazzCash,
Upaisa, Easypaisa, and Zindigi) and credit/debit card.

Topup fee is 3%

PayFast Top up Guidelines

  • 1. How to top-up the account through PayFast?
  • a. Click on PayFast, and Enter the amount in USD. Minimum top-up is $50.
  • 1. Click on Pay Now. You will see five options:
  • a. Google Pay, you can check out with Google Pay. (Google Wallet)
  • b. Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Paypak, etc.)
  • c. Raast RTP, you can select Raast ID, Bank Card/ Wallet, or IBAN.
  • d. Wallet and Others (Jazzcash, Upaisa, Easypaisa, etc.)
  • e. Bank Account (Bank Transfer, No card needed). (Recommended)
  • iii) After filling out the details, click on Make Payment. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • iv) Enter OTP and click on Submit. Once done, your paayment will be successful.
  • v) You will be redirected to the dashboard and receive a top-up successful popup.
  • 1. How to request for refund if we make a top-up through PayFast? And when we can expect a refund?
Ans: You can contact our Adreach team and request them to process a refund. Our team will process it and the customer will get a refund in 7-10 working days (excluding holidays)
