Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries (phone, email, chat) professionally and efficiently
Resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
Provide timely & accurate solution to customers
Requirements:
6 months to 1+ year of experience required
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Customer-focused with solid problem-solving ability
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic experience in managing TikTok Ads, considered an advantageous skill
