At Adreach, we always look for ways to support your advertising goals better. To ensure continuous improvement, we are introducing a $5 monthly subscription fee for TikTok agency accounts, whether you use one or two ad accounts.
- The subscription fee will be charged automatically after the trial ends (14-day trial period). It is essential to attach your card for the payment of the subscription fee, regardless of the payment method used for top-up. If you utilize PayFast for your top-up, you can continue using it, but the subscription fee will be charged to your attached credit/debit card.
- Note: If users cancel their subscription plan, their ad account will be removed and they will no longer have access to their ad account.
1.1 Purpose of the Subscription Fee
The fee enables us to reduce the % of inactive accounts, and suspension rate and ensure consistent, active management for our long-term clients. As always, we remain committed to providing you with the high-quality support you’ve come to expect from Adreach. Your success is our priority.
1.2 Subscription Fee Structure
- The subscription fee will be fixed at $5 per month.
- If a client has two ad accounts, this fee applies to both accounts ($2.5 per month per ad account).
1.3 How to Waive the Subscription Fee
Clients can waive the subscription fee by meeting the following criteria:
- Spending Threshold: Clients who spend $1000 or more per month consecutively for three months, may be considered for subscription fee waiver, based on eligibility criteria and approval by our team.
- Subscription Fee for Non-Compliance: After three consecutive months of hitting the spending threshold, we will closely monitor eligible clients. If a client does not maintain the required spending of $1,000 in the month following those three months, the subscription fee will be applied to their ad accounts in the next month.
- To waive the subscription fee, please fill out the form. Our team will review and respond according to your spending.
1.4 VIP Customer Benefits
VIP customers who consistently spend $1,000 or more monthly will not incur subscription fees. However, if they fail to meet this threshold, the following will occur:
- The standard subscription fee will apply.
- The client may be downgraded from VIP status.
1.5 Spending Requirements
- Each ad account requires separate compliance with the spending threshold.
- For example:
- 1. VIP clients with two ad accounts must spend $1,000 or more on each account monthly to waive the subscription fee.
- 2. Regular clients with two ad accounts must spend $1000 or more on each account consecutively for three months to waive the subscription fee.

Important Note: Proactive Tip! Removing your current payment card will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription. Before removing your current card, please ensure a new payment method is added to your account as it will prevent you from your subscription being cancelled.

A . Removing your card will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription plan and you will no longer have access to your ad accounts.

A . Yes, the subscription fee will be charged for inactive/suspended/disapproved ad accounts and deducted from the attached card.

A . If the card has no balance, the subscription plan will automatically be canceled.
- Q10. Can I cancel the subscription plan?
A . Yes, you can cancel the subscription plan by clicking on Adreach new package ===> cancel the subscription.
- Q11. What happens if the user decides to cancel the subscription plan?
A . If a user cancels the subscription plan, no subscription fee will be charged, even if your account is active, inactive, suspended, or disapproved.
- Q12. If I have issues with the service, is there a refund policy for the subscription fee?
A . The subscription fee is non-refundable. However, the Ecomdy wallet balance can be withdrawn according to our refund policy. In case of any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
