1. Eligibility:

  • Businesses and individuals must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification or breach TikTok/Adreach policies.

2. Account Registration & Verification:

  • To use TikTok Agency Accounts, you must complete the registration and verification process as guided by Adreach.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date details (including identity and business information).
  • Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
 

3. Services Provided:

  • Creation, access, and management of TikTok Agency Ad Accounts.
  • Credit top-ups via approved payment methods (e.g., PayFast, Payoneer, USDT, PayPal).
  • Access to Adreach’s dashboard for fund management, reporting, and support.
  • Dedicated support channels for assistance.
 

4. Payments & Fees:

  • All payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods.
  • Transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or conversion charges.
  • Adreach reserves the right to update pricing or fees with prior notice.
 

5. User Responsibilities:

 

  • You agree to use TikTok Agency Accounts only in compliance with TikTok’s Advertising Policies and applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for your campaign content, targeting, and outcomes.

You must not engage in prohibited practices such as:

  • Running illegal, misleading, or harmful ads.
  • Circumventing TikTok’s ad policies.
  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of funds, or account manipulation.

6. Intellectual Property:

 

  • All rights, titles, and interests in the Adreach platform, dashboard, and materials remain with Adreach.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or misuse our software, branding, or systems.

7. Suspension & Termination:

 

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms or TikTok policies.
  • You provide false or misleading information.
  • You misuse the Services, engage in fraud, or default on payments.
  • In such cases, remaining balances may be withheld subject to investigation and compliance requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Adreach is not liable for campaign performance, ad rejections, or losses arising from your use of TikTok or related services.
  • We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Services in the last 30 days.

9. Indemnification:

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adreach, its partners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of TikTok policies, or breach of these Terms.

10. Data & Privacy:

Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

11. Amendments:

12. Governing Law:
