Adreach is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, the client must:
- Ensure that the website is fully functional during campaign.
- Inform and obtain approval from Adreach for any changes to the product, service, advertising content, or creatives before launching their campaigns.
- Not violate any terms and policies set by TikTok and Adreach.
Refund Amount:
Only the balance in the Wallet will be refunded. Please note that the balance in the Suspended Ad Account can not be refunded as per Tiktok policy.
Payment Method:
Refunds are issued ONLY to the payment method used by the client for top-up. If the top-up payment method is unavailable, the client must contact Adreach Support to provide additional information. Adreach reserves the right to refuse the refund if the client fails to comply.
Processing Time:
The refund process may take 5-15 business days, depending on the payment method used by the client.

Approved Ad Account:
If a refund is processed for any reason, the associated ad account (Approved and Active) will be permanently removed and cannot be reused or restored.
Suspended Ad Account:
If the account is suspended, Adreach has the right to revoke refunds under the following circumstances:

Adreach has the right to revoke refunds under the following circumstances:
- If your first ad account is suspended due to a policy violation, we will decide whether to give you a second one after reviewing the reason for the first suspension. This is done on a case-by-case basis. However, if the second ad account is suspended without any policy violations, we will charge a penalty of 50% of your remaining Adreach balance.
- If Adreach detects intentional violations in both ad accounts, such as promoting prohibited / unapproved products, links of any other platform (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc), or creatives that violate TikTok Advertising Policies, Adreach will not support a refund.
- Your website must be fully functional. If Adreach finds that your website is not functional and linked to your ad account, no refund will be given. As an inactive store makes the ad account unusable in the future, and TikTok may detect and suspend your account.
- If an ad account is suspended without any violation, Adreach will refund your balance and discontinue further services to that client. Moreover, if any additional accounts are created by the same user by any means and are later identified and suspended, Adreach will not issue a refund for those accounts.
- If the client just got an agency account, but didn’t get the ad account, then changed their mind and didn’t want to use the service anymore, we can support a 100% refund.
